It is reqested that clients be in an open and receiving state and participate fully in the energy of their selected service(s). For readings, a variety of tarot, oracle and hermetic decks may be used as well as astrology and other modalities. You’re welcome to ask any clarification question during the reading, as readings should be a two-way conversation for the best experience! All readings are completed online.

It is recommended that clients do some meditation or other introspection to prepare for receiving messages from the tarot, and/or spend some time processing the reading after the session. This may be done at any time and is completely voluntary. Otherwise, there isn’t anything a client needs to do before or after a session.

Generally, open-ended and self-empowering questions provide the best insights and are considered best. All questions are answered to the best of the reader’s ability and may be reframed for an overall better reading experience. It is important to note tarot readings can provide one or more potential possibilities, i.e. a snapshot in time, out of an inifite number of possiblities as it relates to outcomes. A divinatory reading is a form of spiritual, metaphysical consultation.

Very minimal information is requested at time of booking to better understand what clients are looking for in their service(s) and to contact clients to perform the services selected.

All client information and services are confidential unless otherwise requested by the client or required by a court of law or other governing body.

Tarot readers at White Table Tarot hold tarot advisory certification through the International Institute of Complementary Therapists among other certifications and/or credentials such as ICF holistic life coaching, Reiki, Kemetic Wellness Sacred Woman Practitioner and King Solomon lineage healing modalities.

Bespoke tarot package readings may be recorded. All other services such as healings may not be recorded.

There is no set frequency for tarot readings as energies and life situations ebb and flow all the time! Package readings should be scheduled at a frequency of no fewer than 1 session per month and prior to package expiration. It is strongly recommended all package readings be scheduled after purchase as calendars fill quickly.

Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and require a written notice 30 days before the next billing date. Courtesy subscription renewal notices are provided 20 days before the next billing date. No refunds are allowed on bespoke tarot reading packages, coaching or mentoring 1:1, or group programs. A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. No-shows are treated as no-notice cancelations and cannot be rescheduled.
